| 1.Submission This site collects pictures from photographers from around the world.Anyone can submit pictures .You may sumbit pictures of anything what you find worth to become the picture of the day. You are not allowed to submit any material which is against the law,as material with sexual or violent content.With submission you fully agree with these terms . In case of refusing a submission your material will be deleted from the server and you will not be notfied .We can refuse any material you send without comment. Though in most cases,if a picture suits to our site,we will accept it. We do not hold any rights on pictures shown . If you are not the author and you are not shure about who holds the rights,you are not allowed to submit it . You, as the user are fully responsible for your pictures and handling of their rights . We are not liable for illegal material uploaded agains these terms nor for any hacked or illegally uploaded content to this server.As we get informed about such content , immediate remove will follow without warning to the submitter. If you wish to use one or more pictures from this database for a different purpose as described above,you must ask the photographer for permission. |
| 2.Copyright If you own the copyright of a picture,with submission you allow us to show your picture to the public .Each time your picture is shown in full size, your name and according informations will be shown with the picture.We will not use your pictures for any other purpose as decribed in 2a. ,neither we will ever claim any rights on your material. If you are not the owner of the copyright , with submission you must include detailed informations about the author and/or the holder of the rights and you must have the permission to submit the picture to us for the purpose of this site.If you are not shure about all this , you are not allowed to submit any pictures. As the holder of rights or permissions you allow us for an unlimited period of time to use your picture for the purpose described above and you will not ask us to remove your picture from our database.(This is because we dont want to loose any days from our database). 2a. We show your pictures to the public,either in full size with your name , Email (Spam-protected) and Homepage (Optional) , or as Thumbnails on this site.Further we allow foreign webmasters to use smaller versions of the daily picture (Tumbnail) to include in their sites in order to make this site and your pictures more known.We never sell your pictures to others. 2b. You are not allowed to make a submission with protected text (descriptions). Make shure your decription text is not stolen or protected. (Always describe the photo with your own words).
